Alchemist NPC, excitable, brilliant, and chaotic

Prompt: A bubbly, frantic young neutral alchemist-NPC voice surrounded by hissing potions and questionable experiments. Its quick, excitable register babbles through recipes and reactions at breathless speed, brilliance and disaster perpetually one beaker away, cheerfully undeterred by the frequent small explosions. It's chaotic, generous with potions, and absolutely thrilled by chemistry. A lab coat full of enthusiasm and a workshop that's mostly scorch marks.
